19-inch iMacs to arrive in Q4?

Well… it seems like there will be a 19” iMac coming out by the end of this year.  This inquirer article says that Apple has asked a Taiwanese company to start producing the screens for use in new iMacs.  Rumor is that the 15” iMacs are being phased out too.

I just bought my wife the 17” iMac last week. If this article is true, then I only have one thing to say: @&!%*!#!!

It’s the name of the game, isn’t it? You buy a computer and it’s old in a few months. Oh well. I can tell you that Sharon will be happy with her iMac. The screen is easily big enough for whatever. When you’re as close up to the monitor as I am, 19” would be overkill anyway.

You are right, Sharon is very happy with her iMac. Even when I told her about the fabled 19”, she just shrugged and said that she loves her current one just fine. Whew…
