I’ve been having problems going to sleep at a decent hour lately. Last night, I tried to go to bed “early” at 2:30 A.M., but flopped around in bed for almost an hour. My stomach was burning, but I didn’t feel hungry. I eventually got up and ate something at 4 A.M. and then took some Maalox. Yeah, I’m just the picture of healthy living.
So tonight I’m going to try and go to bed before 1 A.M. I have a meeting with a client in the morning at 10, so if I go to bed before 1 I should easily get enough sleep.
I’ve been slacking on what the doctor told me to eat and I think that’s why my digestion has become worse again. I’ve been eating more and more carbs instead of more protein. I should’ve known this was going to happen if I ate what I wasn’t supposed to. I really need to start taking better care of myself.
