A Horse Named Goliath

Continuing on with the Goliath theme… there’s a gigantic horse in Mount Pleasant, Texas named Goliath that was recently inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s tallest living horse.  At his back, he stands 6’ 5”!  That’s 5” taller than I am… at his back.  The top of his head is over 8’ tall!

Mount Pleasant is only 2 hours away from here.  I might just go out there to see if I can take some pictures of him.

Hi I was wondering why their aren’t very many pictures of Goliath the horse when he is so tall. I have only found one picture of his whole body and about six of his head. So I was wondering if maybe you could put some cool pictures of Goliath. Thank You very Much

I’m not sure why there are not many pictures of Goliath. I’ve seen two of them, but only one was on the Internet. You can see it if you click on the link in the post. He’s amazingly tall. The guy standing next to him in that picture is the same height as me at 6’ tall.

I think this horse is a very amazing creature. I also think you could probbly put some more pictures of him on the internet but there are lots to look at. i only think you could put some more on the internet because he is a very amazing creature and you don’t see alot of giant horses in the world. Maybe once every 100 years. That’s just an example. I’m sure there are gonna be taller horse maybe one day.
