Added referrer script

I’ve added a “recent referrer” script to my site.  The very first one is added manually by me so that I wouldn’t get a PHP error.  I hope it’s working correctly now.  I’ll have to check back in later to see if it is.

I’ve removed the referrer script because it didn’t seem to be working.  I guess I’ll write my own version using PHP and MySQL.  I should have just done that to begin with.
