Today, Apple released a couple new products. First, is the new 15" PowerBook. This sports the new aluminum body like the 12” and 17” PowerBooks. The CPU can go up to 1.25 GHz. It can hold up to 2GB of PC2700 DDR SDRAM. It sports a SuperDrive, the ATI Radeon Mobility 9600 graphics card, Bluetooth, Firewire 800 and even has an illuminated keyboard. All for $1999. Not too shabby.
The second new release is the wireless Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. These sport what Apple calls Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH) software which eliminates interference between Bluetooth devices and other wireless networks and devices. Which basically means it can be used where other wireless devices are being used without getting interference from them. These will cost $69 each.
I can NOT believe Apple can’t bring itself to make a three-button mouse. How hard can that possibly be?
