Apple Soundtrack

Apple has released a new audio mixing program called Soundtrack.  It looks amazing!  It has a similar interface to Final Cut Pro or Express and makes mixing music look like a snap.  I’d love to get my hands on this baby, but it’s a little out of my price range at $299.  But if you’re a serious music mixer, Soundtrack is worth the cost.

I had Final Cut Pro 4 in my hands the day it was released. I was very interested in seeing this Soundtrack app that was bundled with it. I’m not too musically inclined, so it isn’t so easy for me, but my wife has whipped up some pretty amazing tracks in the few hours that she has played with it.

I definitely agree, at $299, it is worth every penny to a serious music mixer.

Normally, people tell me that they are jealous because I often work with attractive models.

Software doesn’t require me to use lethal doses of Advil to counter the headaches that come with dealing with models.

I’m not sure if I’m jealous of the models or not. I’ve heard they can be a pain in the ass sometimes.
