Armstrong wins 4th Tour de France

Lance Armstrong is definitely one of cyclings greatest champions. He has now won his 4th Tour de France, and is only one championship behind the world record set by Miguel Indurain. Congratulations to Armstrong and I hope to see him win next year too.
