Belafonte Should Stick to Singing

Harry Belafonte, a.k.a. Captain Banana Boat, has made a complete ass of himself by comparing Colin Powell to a house slave back living in the 19th century. Belafonte said that Powell only did what his masters told him to do and if he didn’t would be “turned out to pasture”. <sarcasm>Wow, such eloquence and insight. And Belafonte has done so much for his country, he has tons of authority on this subject</sarcasm>.
Powell, on the other hand, was very cool and calm in his responses and simply said that Belafonte’s remarks were “unfortunate”. Powell is a better man than me, because I would’ve done some verbal wailing on some Banana Boat Butt.
