If you’re looking for a cheap alternative to iGetter X, then Download Wizard is the one to get. It sports features like HTTP and FTP resumable file transfers, off-line mode, localization, download acceleration, browser integration, download scheduling, cookie support and PPP connection handling. Most of the features are activated in the freeware version, and all are activated when the shareware fee is paid. As of today, the Pro version is in beta and will be released soon.
What can I say about NetNewsWire Lite that hasn’t already been said? If you want to quickly scan a TON of news headlines and blog posts, then NetNewsWire Lite is a must. Simple to use yet feature packed, NetNewsWire will become an application that will be running most of your day.
