After seeing the latest edition of Rides, I thought I’d go check out the site of my favorite hot rod designer, Chip Foose. The last time I checked in on the site, it was still under construction. Well, it’s now up and running and looks pretty good.
Chip makes some of the sweetest hot rods I’ve ever seen. And he’s won numerous awards for those hot rods too. The car above is called the Grandmaster, and it’s considered by many to be the perfect hot rod. It’s won many awards including the big one, the Ridler.
I would LOVE for him to work on my car, but know that won’t happen. He’s probably got at least 5 cars he’s working hard on all the time.
my husband has a 1932 ford and boy it would be great to surprise him if it could be done over by chip foose. we are watching your show as i am writing this email and i would love to see the look on his face if we got picked. he tries to do as much work on it as he can but it can be overwhelming for him at times.
I think foose’s work is great the attention to detail is second to none! Foose used to work for Boyd but I think Boyd realized Foose was much more talented and that caused conflict between them. They are both very talented but I think Chip has the edge on him. You can look at a Boyd car and say I would change this or I wouldn’t have done that, or I would have kept this part the way it was. You can look at a Foose car for days and the only thng I can think of is a set of dice in the window, but even that wouldn’t be good enough for it.
Sou fã número um Foose.Manda alguns desenho para mim no meu site.Obrigado
