Chip Foose Redoing My Car!

You are now entering a dream world… Chris’ dream world.

OK… I’ve got a new goal.  I’m going to try my hardest, and see if I can’t get Chip Foose to redesign my car.  To take it and do whatever he wants with it.  I’m sure he charges a TON of money to do his thing… money which I don’t have, but I’ve got to try at least!  Right?  You’ll never know unless you try.

I’ve got a silver 1997 Honda Prelude.  I’ve done nothing to it, but I’ve kept it in very good condition.  It’s a great car, drives and handles well.  I’d just love to make it unique.

So… Chip!  If you hear about this, I’d love to talk with you!

You are now exiting Chris’ dream world.  Thank you for visiting.  Buhbye now!

12/20/03:  I just noticed that this post is the third result one will see when doing a search for Chip Foose on Google.  Perhaps Chip will see this and consider redoing my car?!?

63 Impla ss, Chip, is what I am inquiring about. What I would like to know is, how can I locate a Chip Foose restoration equivalent on the East coast, NORTH CAROLINA to narrow down the state and the CHARLOTTE area would be even better, I am counting on some serious Devine intervention to somehow get this information to me and if Mr. Foose is busy buliding another dream machine maybe one of your staff could type along that information it would be much appreciated. From my family and I, Thank you.

Well I know there is little chance of Chip Foose ever seeing this and thinking of possibly doing this. My husband owns a 1968 El Camino and has wanted to fix it up so he can drive it again but we can’t afford to fix it. He is always giving to everyone else but never receives the same in return. I just thought it would be nice for him to finally have something for himself. Hey it doesn’t hurt to try!!

Dear Foose,
My husband Antonio has a 1965 Chevy Impala. It needs some work not alot of rust. We watch your show all the time and he loves your work. We live in Arlington, Tx and know you dont do shows in this direction. If anything could you send a rough draft of what you would do to a 1965 Impala. He is into lowriding not much into hotrods. 100 spoke wire wheels and the color candy apple red. IF YOU COULD PLEASE DO THIS I WILL SURE APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU
SANDRA BRISENO

I have been through a lot in the last 2-1/2 years personally and my boyfriend has been there to help and support me with everything . he has supporme with family probelem, the death of my more and the illlnesses of my father and a very bad divorce that ended in surgery. His wife passed away 5 years ago. This is only a small part of what he has gone through or been going through. He has a 1969 Corvette that has been sitting in gargage for many years. He was unable to work on it when his wife became sick and he took care of her. She passed away 5 years ago. He took care of his family and tried to get on with his life. he lost his wife at a young age. He has always want to finish his vet but has not had the time. This would mean so much to him to have it completed. It would mean a lot to me also since he does so much for everyone else except himselfe. If you so see a way to help him complete his vet it would mean so much to so many peeople. He has worked so hard in his life to provide for everyone and always putting himself last. Even now he is making sure his grown son and daughter who are working will have not problems. He also has a younger daughter who is in college who is his life. She was very young when his wife passed away. The car is stripped and ready to be put back together. Please, please help me give him something he deserves. Thank you so much. Michele

Chris, If you ever want a project in the middle part of the country, you might like a 52 Ford Overdrive. It’s mostly there, at least in appearances. It’s been mostly a home for rats. It was a gift for my husband that he hasn’t even had a chance to start on since we transferred to Arkansas, and now there’s a chance we will be transferring out to D. C. in the next year. I hate to see that beautiful old girl just sitting there needing the love and care she deserves. She’s just a little older than I am. We’ve both got plenty of good years left, with just a little TLC. You might give it some thought. It will take some real imagination to see her full potential.

Thanks for listening.
Neva

Hi, Chip I have a 68 camero rally sport super sport w/396 not running, the car is pretty much original but it needs work, I wish you could get the car in your hands because if you would, not only would you bring the car back to life but make it one of a kind. With your designs and color skemes, and your Foose wheel. It would be honor if you would consider redoing my chevy. PS. It would be 100% in your hands, I love your concepts.

Chris,
My brother comments all the time how your show to him is like a soap opera to women. He watches your show daily, and will not go anywhere during that time. He had back surgery a while back and is disabled at age 48. He ownes a nice 1964 FORD FALCON that he says he wishes that he could have you overhaul his car. If any chance of me winning him this make over, please contact me. This would truley be a dream come true.

This letter is for Mr. Chip Foose, car restorer extaordinare.Hi Mr. Foose,my name is Crystal. I’m writing because my husband,Ross, has a 1984 Chevy Caprice Classic that he’s in love with almost as much as he is with me. He wants so much to preserve this car and restore it to it’s original condition because he feels that it would be a shame to lose something so beautiful. We’re having a son in March and Ross would like to leave it to him. Ross says it would make a better family car than anything on the road these days. I wish you could see the light in his eyes when he dreams of this car being restored. But it breaks my heart because we can’t afford to make that dream come true for him. I’m writing to ask for your help because it not only would make his dream come true but all of us. Thank you for your time; Crystal Dean

My boyfiend has a 1968 El Camino. In its day, it was a real nice car, but in the last 10 years, my boyfriend has had some challenges in his life. He has had numerous health problems and the lastest was an Aneurisym in 2003. Certain people took advantage of his property as well as this El Camino. As a result, the car has sat around and is in need of a lot of TLC. I would really like to do something nice for him and I believe having his car restored would be the ultimate.
