Cool OS X Feature

This may already be old news to many of you who use Mac OS X 10.2, but I just discovered a nifty little feature.  Say you’ve got a file you want to drag into a window, but that window is partially off-screen.  Instead of moving the window and then dragging the file, simply drag the file over the window and hold it for about a second and the window will move itself entirely on screen.  When you let go of the file, the file is moved and the window moves back to its original position.  Cool, huh?

It seems to only work with the Finder.  Has anyone else had it work with something else?
