Daschle, the hypocrite

It seems that while Daschle has been almost daily throwing stones at Bush and company for being too cozy with big business, his wife has been lobbying major government contractors.  But in her (and his) defense, Daschle says she doesn’t lobby in the Senate… just the House.  Oh.  So it doesn’t matter that you STILL benefit from her lobbying even though she keeps away from the Senate.  Loser.

Yet more information about Dems in bed with big business.  Did they really believe that people would only look at the GOP over this corporate corruption scandal?  Do I believe that many Republicans were given donations by companies?  Yes.  Do I believe that Democrats are squeeky clean on the subject?  No.  In fact, I think you’d find most politicians receive donations from dirty companies.
