Document links Saddam, bin Laden

There’s a report going around that there is evidence of the link between Saddam and bin Laden. A document has been obtained that shows a very clear connection between the two parties, though it doesn’t show that they planned a terror attack together against the US.
What I want to know is why this hasn’t been picked up by the major media outlets? Supposedly, there’s a gag order placed there by the Coalition Provisional Authority. If this is true, this is very unnerving. This raises a LOT of questions. Why would the government put a gag order on all news being reported out of Iraq? Hello! Free speech! Ever heard of it?
