England, Germany make it through

No big surprises here.  Germany beat Paraguay to advance to the quarterfinals.  What was somewhat of a surprise is that England beat Denmark by so much (3-0).  But I’m glad England has made it this far.

Ireland play Spain soon.  That should be a good match.  Shay is going to have his hands full with this one.

The US plays Mexico the day after.  Man I hope the US plays better than they did against Poland.
