How to catch a pervert

A father in Wichita, Kansas caught a pervert who had been spying on his two daughters, 6 and 15, when they showered. His wife had noticed that a lawn chair had been moved under a bathroom window several times. So the father, who is a fisherman, tied some fishing line to a leg of the chair and left the spool on their kitchen counter. Sure enough, later on the spool fell off the counter and began unravelling. The father stepped outside and ordered Perverto the Clown to lie face down. It turned out to be a neighbor of theirs from a few houses down. Loser.
Watching a 15 year old girl taking a shower sounds like a fun thing to do for, let’s say…. ummm, a 15 year old. But getting your ya-ya’s watching a SIX year old is just plain demented. Good detective work on the father’s part.
