I hate yellowjackets

On Sunday, while I was mowing our ditches, I was stung 3 times by yellowjackets on the same leg! This is the fifth time in about a month I have been stung by them, and in the same ditch too. I thought I had killed all of them when I found and sprayed their nest last time, but I was obviously wrong.
For those of you who don’t know, yellowjackets are small wasp-like insects that are extremely aggressive and hard to kill. When they sting, it feels like someone is jabbing a hot needle into you. The first time I was stung by one a few weeks ago, I almost fell backwards it hurt so bad. And what makes it worse, is that almost immediately wherever you were stung begins to throb and get sore. A few days later, the entire area is swollen and puffy and begins to itch like crazy! Sunday, I was stung twice on the ankle and once on the side of the calf muscle. Right now, I’m in the puffy swollen stage. My entire left foot is swollen. It looks like it’s filled with air. Last night, it looked like a had some kind of tumor on the side of my leg. It was awful. Today, the swelling is a little less, but is still ugly looking. I’m thinking of waging my own jihad against these little insects from hell.
Oh yes, these creatures must pay the ultimate sacrifice. I was stung while standng stationary on my back patio. It hurt just like you described.
I’m going to go commando on these bastards and flame throw these little shits.
