I Need Work!

I need work, and soon! My bank account is getting so low, I don’t think I can make all of next months bills. %#@#()*
If you need any Web work done, contact me. I’ve got over 7 years experience with the Web and design. My strengths are XHTML, PHP, CSS and MySQL as well as design. My MAJOR weakness, which is showing itself BIG TIME right now, is marketing. I don’t know how to sell myself and my skills to potential clients.
I send out emails and phone calls to people, but I rarely get any kind of a response. I ask my current clients to refer me, but I don’t know how to follow up and see if they are doing so. I don’t want to be a pain in the butt to them either. But I also need freakin’ money to survive and right now it’s just about impossible to find any Web work. And I’m NOT going to go flip burgers somewhere.

The job you want may not always be available as most web jobs are going overseas. The job that I offer would make you financially secure enough to live well while you look for work. I am selling shares to 10 people at $10,000 each, for this investment you will become a 1/11th owner and receive 1/11 of the sale price, you will also learn jack of all trades skills. If I am a good teacher we should all double our money for a few months work. I will put $40,000 towards the materials and will supply all of the tools used. After this house is finished I intend to start another project and you will have the option of going in as a partner on that project or striking out on your own.
