PBS’ Frontline has put together a site called The Invasion of Iraq: Analysis which takes a look at the campaign before, during and after the war. Sections include Lessons of War, Questions of Peace, Civilian Casualties and Is This Victory?. There are also interviews with key people in the region.
I found the Civilian Casualties section quite interesting. It certainly begins to show you how difficult the situations were in some areas and how the US military tried its best to not kill civilians. The story of the commanding officer chewing out his soldiers for killing the Iraqi family was especially revealing.
