Iraq promises unfettered access

Iraq is backtracking again, this time saying the UN inspectors can go anywhere they want, not limited to military bases as was mentioned before.  This clearly shows that Saddam responds to maximum pressure.  This is great that Iraq SAYS they will allow unfettered access, but that doesn’t mean the UN shouldn’t write up a new, stern resolution.  Iraq’s statement is simply trying to avert the new resolution from passing.  Anyone who wants to take Hussein by his word is either a moron or has their own agenda.
