It’s Alive!!!

I’ve created a monster! Actually, it’s pretty good looking. I finished the De Queen Bee Web site. It runs on PHP and is very easy for them to update. You can check it out at http://www.dequeen.com.
What else has been going on? I’ve been slumping again in bowling. For a very small while, it looked like I was coming out of it, but tonight’s performance blew that theory out of the water. I bowled a lame 155, 179 and 182. But… we did win 4 out of 4 tonight, so that’s good. On the Tuesday night league, we’re 39-9 now. Second place is 10 games behind us! Woohoo!
I locked my keys in my car today. I’ve never done that before, but there’s always a first for everything. I was putting a computer in the back of my car that I was going to take home and work on for someone at the newspaper. I had to drop the keys to maneuver the computer, so I dropped them in the trunk. When I finished loading the computer up, I closed the trunk lid. As soon as it closed, I realized what I had done. A firefighter also works at the newspaper and he had a set of slim-jims. He’d helped other people get into their cars and had no problems. But he could NOT get into my car. He tried for about 15 minutes using every tool he had and trying all kinds of tricks. A couple of times it looked like he was going to get it, but he never did. It was frustrating to not be able to get into my car, but it was comforting to know it’s not easy to break into.
Oh, and last week, I billed my clients $1200! Cool, huh?
