Lawyer sues Diners Club

I hardly had any respect for lawyers before I read this story, but now I have none. This lawyer is suing Diners Club because his attempted purchase of a $580 dollar dress was turned down. He’s seeking libel damages because his wife and store assistants saw the word “declined” on a charge card slip. GIVE ME A BREAK! People can be such idiots sometimes! And lawyers are particularly good at it.
