Merry Christmas!

This Christmas has been a good one, even without snow. My sister and her family have come down for several days. We’ve been playing games, eating, talking and other things.

We ended up opening presents last night. My grandfather recently had a stroke, and could only be released from the hospital for one day. He wanted to come home Christmas early, so in order for us to be able to do that, we opened presents on Christmas Eve. We’ll be taking my grandfather back to the hospital in a little bit. It’s been good for him to be back home, with family and enjoying himself.

I received several nice shirts, a Dilbert calendar, an excellent JavaScript book, a DVD, a Wild Turkey gift set and an exercise ball. This Christmas, I actually liked all but one of the shirts! It seems like every Christmas, there’s a couple shirts that get taken back.

I hope you’ve also had a great Christmas with friends and family.

Hey, I got a Dilbert calendar and a JavaScript book, too!

All right, I’m lying. I got a JavaScript book last year. This year I got a book on AJAX. Which does depend on JavaScript.
