Hi. How do any of you people KNOW whether he is innocent or guily? Because the tv or the radio told you so? How many of you are working as legal counsel on one side or the other of the case? Oh yeah…ZERO! Stop speculating because the only people who know anything about this case are the lawyers conducting discovery. Another thing, just because the Smoking Gun published detailed accounts means absolutely NOTHING. Anybody can accuse anybody of anything. Think about it. The more detailed a complaint is drafted, the more persuasive it sounds. It is called a legal strategy. What you all may not know is that unless the complaint is verified, it really isnt worth that much. By verifying the complaint, Plaintiff attests to each and every fact under penalty of perjury. Was this complaint EVER verified? If not, dont be soo persuaded by the details becaise it doesnt HAVE to be true until it is verified!

We don’t need to see him convicted to know his idea of “child welfare” is askew, sanctofunk. His dangling of his child over a balcony like it was a chimp was good enough for any parent to know he is dangerous to children. It also shows that his supporters are willing to forgive him anything. If he’d done that in Australia he’d have his children under a Department of Community Services order and would’ve been in court to fight for custody of his own children! Clearly, American child welfare is non-existent, which is why he’ll get away with it. In America you can do anything and get away with it if you have money or fame or, even better, both.

Top reasons why Michael is innocent but the press won’t focus on these reasons to keep the people guessing:

1: Uri Geller, Jackson’s spirtual advisor, hypnotized Jackson for fun. However, he did something that was very rude but proved Jackson innocence. He asked Michael (while hypnotized) if he molested the 13 year old boy back in 1993. Jackson replied no. Uri then asked why he paid to settle the case. Jackson replied that he had enough. He couldn’t take it. And it is reported as fact that 98.5% of the people hypnotized tell the truth unconsciously.

2: How can the kid write such a good report on what Jackson did to him on specific nights. Also, the boy doesn’t have to 100% write the report. Anyone could help him out.

3: The boy in the 1993 scandal described Michael’s genital region, and they were innacurate.

4: A pedophile once in every 10 years doesn’t seem right. If you’re a pedophile, you would’ve molested many children by now and no other kid came forward when asked if Michael molested them.

5: Why is the prosecutors brother the only witness to this? There are many other children who sleep in the same bed. A third party is always around.

My thoughts: Michael is innocent. When the boy was featured in the documentary “Living With Michael Jackson” along with Michael, they asked Michael to give them some money for the appearance. Michael refused. Then the family got upset and got the same lawyer that was in the 1993 molestion charges.

Top reasons why Michael Jackson is guilty:
1. He’s got Uri geller as a spiritual adviser! This guy was found to be a charlatan years ago. He used acid under wax to weaken the metal in the spoons he was supposed to be able to bend “with his mind”, and he admitted it!
2. The kid wrote a detailed report, that very few people will know about before the trial.
3. The boy in the earlier trial settled for millions out of court. His father was heard recently as saying that he couldn’t believe that people were stupid enough to let their kids near Jackson after his son’s experience!
4. I’m surprised he got caught, he’s always been able to afford to pay off everyone else.
5. He sleeps with other people’s children, and he’s 45 years old.

My belief is that he is a spoilt brat for an adul,t who expects to get away with anything he does because he is wealthy and carries celebrity status. I bet he does get away with it, just like O.J.Simpson…

I don’t care what anyone in the media says, THIS TIMELINE VINDICATES MICHAEL AND IS THE ABSOLUTE REASON THIS CASE IS WEAK!

To have Michael molesting Gavin from February 7 to March 10, 2003 while the DCPS is investigating the family from February 14 to February 27, IS RIDICULOUS!

In addition, I would come back to the TIMELINE. Michael met this boy in 2001. WHY NO MOLESTATION OF GAVIN ALLEGED UNTIL AFTER LWMJ??? Remember it was the holding hands and Gavin admitting to sleepin in his bed that brought the suspicions, so much so, that the DCPS got involved and CONDUCTED INTERVIEW WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERS. During that investigation, ALL FAMILY MEMBERS DENIED IT, including the boy.

Not only were the family members denying this, they were GIVING INTERVIEWS TO JOURNALIST! One of those interview was dated Februay 9, 2003.

The family also signed AFFIDAVITS under PERJURY in February 2003!

The family also had a 20 MINUTE TAPED INTERVIEW DENYING IT. A CNN reporter HEARD THE TAPE AND SAID THEY SEEM RATHER RELAX DISCUSSING HOW MUCH THEY LOVE MJ.

So, WHY AFTER LWMJ, IN A 1 MONTH SPAN, WHEN EVERYONE IS INVESTIGATING, MICHAEL DECIDES TO MOLEST DURING THE INTERVIEWS AND INVESTIGATIONS WHEN HE HAD 2 YEARS TO DO IT WITHOUT?:lol

TODAY Debbie Rowe, the mother of Jackson’s two oldest children began a law suit to regain custody of her children, FEARING FOR THEIR SAFETY. All you had to do was take your pain and bury it deep down inside, so that you would never bother anyone again.

But no. Just like Milli Vanilli and AOL Time-Warner, Michael Jackson had to #### things up. The only good thing he’s done in the last decade is marry Elvis Presley’s daughter. Now that is a fucking kickass thing to do. Elvis was the most elite drug taker ever, so Michael could have bragged about that. Plus, for the two days that Nick Cage and Lisa Maria were married, Michael could say to Nick: “HAHAH your wife was married to Michael Jackson”. Somehow I don’t think Michael’s mind was focused on these wonderful opportunities though. Sadly, it’s far more plausible that he was thinking along these lines: “Hoot, squeak. Eeeow!” Which is what he said at a recent court appearance. Michael then began to make faces at courtroom observers, in the same manner as I imagine his pet monkey Bubbles welcomes guests to its sexual love cage of pleasure.

Michael is innocent. That is all that matters. Dumb ass pricks are the only ones to believe a man that saved many children lives would hurt a child in return. People who believe the media don’t know #### about this world. Read the facts!

It never ceases to amaze me that people support celebrities for no other reason than that they are celebrities. JWAIk seems to think that Jackson is innocent without adding any why’s or wherefores. He probably believes OJ Simpson is innocent too. lol American justice is a huge joke after the O.J case and everyone in other countries expects Jackson to get away with it for no other reason than that he’s a rich American. I don’t usually care for celebrity news. But this whole MJ thing is tragic yet compelling. That poor kid who is the alleged victim; whether MJ is guilty or not, that kid’s life is ruined forever, don’t you think? I don’t think I can say whether or not MJ’s guilty; however, the fact that this is the second time he’s been conviced of this makes you wonder….Do normal (nonpedophile) people usually get convicted of child molestation even once, much less twice? I do have a question to ask MJ fans, though—why do you think he is singled out more than other celebrities? That seems to be the going mantra of MJ fans and MJ himself. Is it a conspiracy theory? Why him more than other people? The argument that since he’s talented he must be innocent is a false argument; it’s like saying that because some of these convicted pedophile priests were religious and pious, they could never have molested children (this is often why children do not report their abusers: they think no one will believe them. “How can you say Father Pervert molested you? He’s a priest!”). I’m not saying I know MJ’s guilty either, but come on, you have to admit that preliminary evidence suggests some basis for the allegation.

I think it’s 6 of one and half a dozen of the other, ie both false accusations and child abuse have been done. What are we saying, that we can trust the entire human race not to make false accusations even if they have something (infinite wealth in compensation payments) to gain from doing so? Or that society aids the recovery of and repairs the damage done to abused children (e.g. michael jackson) so well that they’d never do it to a child? most abusers were themselves abused as children and just grow up thinking it’s normal as a lot of aspects of modern life are also a pain in the bum. Michael Jackson needs proper counselling, so do any kids he’s been in contact with, so does half the human race before they are born just to prepare them for sharing a world with the notorious “human” race, who if i remember correctly, are equally prone to screwing over anyone they consider fair game.

All evidence to date points directly to Michael Jackson being a pepdophile. In direct relationship is the defence whose ONLY defence has been to try and keep the evidence against Michael Jackson from being heard by a court. If the man was truly innocent, he would have nothing to fear from evidence “against him”. In fact, if he was truly innocent, Jackson would have evidence, himself, supporting that innocence…but there is none, and the defence has not submitted any, which means they have none. It’s compelling that your so convinced of MJ’s innocence, so convinced that your willing to risk your own son’s health, safety and well being?

It’s interesting to read all the various comments posted, but what is missing is the fact that all of us have to admit that even before any of these Child Molestation allegations became public (back in ’93 & now), we all sensed that MJ was truly a lost soul who was extremely weird and unable to function as a normal heterosexual Male. The Black Community” does not support MJ for numerous reasons, so there’s ZERO sympathy for him based upon his being “A Black Male” or his past musical accomplishments. It’s unfortunate that the latest accuser will be dragged through the MUDD to prove the validity of his allegations, but our syste (right/wrong) is based upon
“Innocent until proven guilty”. As a one time MJ fan, who looked forward to his newest CD’s, I’m sicken by just the thought that any of these accusations may be true, because no child (regardless of family background) should not have to endure this type of treatment, whether by a Famous/ Non-famous person, period!

But, I’m even more sickened by MJ’s behavior as he arrives and departs Court each day.
“Attention MJ, you are on trial for your freedom, so please stop behaving as if your walking the RED CARPET during an award show”.
