People Need To Learn To Read

The sheer idiocy of some people is so extreme there are no words for it.  Take for instance the post I made about several months ago about my name in Chinese.  Anyone with half a brain who read it would realize I don’t know anything about Chinese, yet for some reason half the known world thought I was an expert in it.  I kept getting retards asking for their name in Chinese, even though I put a HUGE message in the article saying I didn’t know how to do it.

Granted, there were some helpful comments that gave more clarity as to what my name in Chinese really was or how to pronounce it.  These were good and a welcome change from the asshats who can’t read.

Anyway, I’ve disabled the comments to stem the flow of stupidity streaming into this site from that post.

snorts You’re kidding me? It’s kind of funny though – doesn’t it make you wonder what’s going on in peoples’ heads? (Why would you want to know your name in Chinese anyway? It’s just the phonetic spelling of your English name in Chinese characters – really stupid…)

You have to admit the person at the end had a great idea about what you could send the other guy as ‘his’ name in chinese…... smile

I STILL get a ton of traffic from people looking for their name in Chinese. That post would have about 60 comments on it by now if I hadn’t turned them off. I’ve even had people ask for their name in Chinese on completely unrelated posts. Unbelievable…
