Power Outage

There’s not much going on in the news. Oh yeah, except for the 24/7 coverage of the power outage in the North East. That was sarcasm, in case you couldn’t tell.
I will say that I was surprised at how orderly and calm everyone seemed to be. With that many people relying on power, I figured some looting and fighting would break out somewhere. I’m glad to hear that there wasn’t any reported.
It does make you question how safe our power grid is from terrorist attack. Apparently it’s about as safe as a twinky in a Weight Watchers convention. It usually takes something on this scale to get us to notice we have a problem. Hopefully our power grid can be upgraded quickly.
