I’m just doing my part to help a friend stay at the top of the Google chain amongst the Steves Ivy of the world.
Steve Ivy was the first guy to open my eyes to the wonders of backend Web-development. At the time, he was big into Perl and was writing an Intranet solution for ArtLab, a new media design firm in Altensteig, Germany where we were both at. At the time, I had only recently started designing Web sites and knew only HTML. Steve showed me how much bigger and more interesting the Web could be. Thanks, Steve!
Heh. Hi Chris, longtime no read, then suddenly you show up in a Bloglines search. w00! Thanks for the links, I’ve decided to leave well enough alone and let nature take its course.
Cheers,
—Steve
