The Iceman Cometh

Good grief!  An Icelandic ship captain named Sigurdur Petursson saw a 600 lb. shark swimming towards his crew while they were processing a catch.  What does he do?  He jumps into the shallow water, grabs the shark by its tail and drags into onto dry land!  He then takes a knife and kills it by himself!

Now that, my friends, is a captains’ captain.

yes he would make even captain Ahab envious. but how in the hang did this fella drag a 600pd shark from shallow water onto the shore, and then dispatch ‘im, if true, id hate to owe that fella a couple of bucks, because even i have trouble dragging a 120 pd person from the water on my best day(lifeguard)

That is cool. That guy sounds like a great captain to work for if he would do that for his crew.

This is true. He kills whales and seals for að living en eats it raw just as he pulls them in.
