I’m sure just about everyone has used Google several times in their scouring of the Net for some kind of information. Not many people realize how powerful (and dangerous) Google’s spider is though.
You can, for instance, find budgets for different companies, find site passwords, etc. It’s a known security risk, but many people and companies post things on their servers that Google will eventually find.
SecurityFocus has an article on how people use Google to find all kinds of information they shouldn’t.
I tried my hand at it. I didn’t find any top-secret government UFO coverups, but I did find all kinds of interesting military PDFs that I would’ve otherwise never found.
