Tony Blair presents case

Tony Blair has made his presentation to the British Parliament. It’s a 55 page report that doesn’t necessarily say anything new, but nevertheless gives details and history of the Iraqi WMD programs and its defiance of many UN resolutions. Of course, there are still those in Parliament who don’t think it’s enough to go to war over. I guess they won’t until smallpox breaks out in London. Some people are so shortsighted it’s frightening.
A group of people outside of Parliament held a rally against Blair’s position and sang the John Lennon song, “Give Peace a Chance”. How touching… and naive. What do they think we have been doing for the last decade? I guarantee none of them would want to live in Iraq under Hussein.
