Update on accessibility

OK… I think I’ve got all my site’s accessibility issues taken care of.  My pages meet the guidelines suggested by both the Section 508 Usability Guidelines in the US and the Bobby AA Usability Guidelines.  If you find things I’ve missed, please email me and let me know.
