A little late, but here with a bang, winter finally arrived. The snow is already twice as deep as when this picture was taken, and it’s supposed to keep snowing all day and into the night.
There’s already been a wreck nearby, but it was two teenagers driving like idiots in their dad’s truck. I’ll bet the dad’s going to be really happy to see what they did to his truck.
If it keeps snowing this much for a couple more hours, the roads will become harder to drive on without a 4x4. Especially some of the back roads.
My dog, Shorty, was reluctant to go out in the snow, but once I threw his favorite toy out there in it, he began plowing a trail almost all the way around the house! He loves it! It’s about up to his shoulders, but he just plows through it with his tail wagging the whole time. He doesn’t like grabbing his toy when it has snow on it though. He’ll knock it all around until the snow is off, and then he’ll pick it up. It’s hilarious to watch.
So the snow certainly makes things prettier around here, but also makes it a little harder to get around. I would imagine the snow will be gone by Monday though, so I’ll be enjoying it while it’s here.
Haha
